Foie Gras Topped Kobe Sirloin with Creamed Corn Polenta, Brussels Sprouts, and a Cabernet Sauvignon Mushroom Reduction

For Jen and Mango (my unofficial siblings)... who tortured me with pictures from their decadent dinner at Animal while I was trying to get some R&R last week. Revenge, my friends... is indeed sweet. But don't worry, I thought about the both of you while I indulged in my meal. ;)

  5. Your last post was in Aug-2010 - it's time to start cooking again my friend. How about a dish with local in-season ingredients - and one that your father would eat!
