This really looks great. How do you keep the turkey from getting too dry though? I would love to try this out.
Eat My Tortes-- I added shallots and scallions into the ground turkey along with a kalbi marinade powder (can be found at japanese markets, they come in paper packets). That kept the turkey very moist for me.Anon-- Please email me and I'll send you the recipe :).
