Longanisa on Rice

After a weekend filled with cooking at dinner get togethers, my girlfriend got me some longanisas from Seafood City. I have to say, I'm a sucker for sweet longanisas. Pan-fried to a char, these tasty Filipino sausages were crisp on the outside, juicy, fatty, and sweet on the inside. A perfect friend for plain white rice. I can live on this for the rest of my life...
